I'm Grant Oppy, current Australian record holder in the Masters 70–74 division, and I didn’t start powerlifting until I was 65. I’ve trained from the ground up, competed nationally, and discovered first-hand what smart, disciplined training can do for the body—especially later in life.

Now, I help others do the same.
